NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally-friendly liquid brushing type negative ion diatom mud paint comprises (i) mixing nano tourmaline, nano-rare earth materials, nano-titanium dioxide, ultra-fine calcium stearate, ultra-fine talc, and ultrafine diatomaceous earth uniformly, drying, and sieving to obtain anion diatom mud powder, (ii) adding defoamer, thickener, dispersant and water into mixer, stirring and dispersing to obtain the initial mixture, (iii) adding cation diatom mud powder into the initial mixture and stirring evenly, mixing in a mixer, and (iv) setting the rotation speed to 400-600 revolutions/minute, and mixing acrylic resin dispersion, film-forming assistant and defoamer in mixer, and adjusting the pH of the reaction system with pH adjuster, dispersing single-layer graphene in water to obtain a graphene solution, adding graphene solution into mixer and to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing environmentally-friendly liquid brushing type negative ion diatom mud paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint achieves the effects of long-lasting removal of harmful gases e.g. formaldehyde and benzene, purifying indoor air, antibacterial, mildew and anti-aging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing environmentally-friendly liquid brushing type negative ion diatom mud paint comprises (i) mixing 30-50 pts. wt. nano tourmaline, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-rare earth materials, 50-100 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 40-100 pts. wt. ultra-fine calcium stearate, 50-110 pts. wt. ultra-fine talc, and 100-300 pts. wt. ultrafine diatomaceous earth uniformly, drying for 6-12 hours at a temperature of 50-60 degrees C, and sieving to obtain anion diatom mud powder, (ii) adding 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. thickener, 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 110-130 pts. wt. water into the mixer, stirring and dispersing for 2-5 minutes at a stirring speed of 800-1200 revolutions/minute to obtain the initial mixture, (iii) adding 115-125 pts. wt. cation diatom mud powder into the initial mixture and stirring evenly, mixing in a mixer at 1100-1300 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, and (iv) setting the rotation speed to 400-600 revolutions/minute, and mixing 900-1100 pts. wt. acrylic resin dispersion, 35-45 pts. wt. film-forming assistant and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer in the mixer, and adjusting the pH of the reaction system to 5.2-7.9 with the pH adjuster, dispersing 2-8 pts. wt. single-layer graphene in 50-150 pts. wt. water to obtain a graphene solution, adding the graphene solution into the mixer, stirring at a stirring speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minute to obtain final product.
