▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A fluorinated graphene-reinforced lubricating oil comprises 200-300 pts. wt. base oil, 2-5 pts. wt. modified fluorinated graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. oleic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. amine solvent, 20-25 pts. wt. anti-wear phosphating solution, 10-15 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 2-3 pts. wt. ammonium fluoroborate, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium pyrophosphate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. plasticizer and 0.5-1 pt. wt. emulsifier. The modified fluorinated graphene is prepared by dispersing fluorinated graphene in modification liquid, heating at 80-90 degrees C under stirring condition for 1-2 hours and filtering. The modification liquid comprises 80-87 %mass lignin solution, 10-15 %mass polyethylene glycol, 0.1-0.5 %mass methyltin mercaptide and 2-5 %mass carbon black. The mass fraction of the lignin solution is 5-8%. USE - Fluorinated graphene-reinforced lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The fluorinated graphene-reinforced lubricating oil has excellent bearing capacity and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the fluorinated graphene-reinforced lubricating oil, which involves (a) mixing oleic acid and modified fluorinated graphene, stirring at 120-140 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed solution (i), adding trimethylolpropane and anti-wear phosphating solution to a reactor, heating at 90-100 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixed solution (ii), adding the mixed solution (i), reacting at 40-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours and adding amine solvent to obtain a reaction solution, (b) placing the reaction solution in a reactor, introducing an inert gas and reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain a lubricating modified solution, mixing base oil, lubricating modified solution, ammonium fluoroborate, sodium pyrophosphate, plasticizer and emulsifier to obtain the lubricating oil.
