NOVELTY - The belt has a germanene nano-belt main body fixed with a serrated edge. A middle part of a selected lattice is doped with boron atoms and nitrogen atoms for obtaining half metal characteristics of a germylene nano-belt. Carbon atom of the germylene nano-belt is passivated by hydrogen atom. USE - Zigzag germanium graphene nanometre belt. ADVANTAGE - The belt effectively achieves half-metal characteristics of the germylene nano-belt so as to improve belt manufacturing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a zigzag germanium graphene nanometre belt manufacturing method.
