▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene phosphorene composite chip comprises (a) mixing dimethyl sulfoxide dispersion of nano black phosphorene and N-methylpyrrolidone dispersion of graphene oxide, and ultrasonically processing, (b) mixing the mixed liquid obtained in (a) with liquid nitrogen to obtain a solid, and freeze-drying to obtain a solid foam, (c) ball milling the solid foam, (d) performing infrared light irradiation treatment in an inert gas atmosphere, (e) processing under inert gas atmosphere, two-stage temperature and microwave condition, and (f) mechanically crushing, preparing conductive paste, and coating on the flexible membrane. USE - The method for preparing graphene phosphorene composite chip is useful in graphene thin film material. ADVANTAGE - The film material has high tensile strength, low elongation at break, good bending performance, and excellent conductivity and resistance to 5% sodium chloride.
