NOVELTY - The structure has a radio frequency switch connected with a graphene part (2-4), a boron nitride part (2-5), a coplanar waveguide signal transmission wire (2-1), a coplanar waveguide ground wire (2-2) and a quartz substrate (2-3). Two end beams are in contact with the coplanar waveguide ground wire. The coplanar waveguide signal transmission line is located in a composite beam structure hanging part. USE - Quartz substrate coplanar waveguide graphene radio frequency machine switch structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure has low insertion loss, and is easy to process.
