NOVELTY - Anti-scald ceramic soup spoon, comprises 25-30 pts. wt. quartz, 20-26 pts. wt. kaolin, 1-2 pts. wt. austenitic stainless steel fiber, 4-6 pts. wt. zimujie clay, 8-14 pts. wt. pyrophyllite, 0.5-1 pts. wt yttrium oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. nano graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. gypsum, 3-5 pts. wt. mineral cotton, 8-14 pts. wt. ceramic polishing dreg, 4-6 pts. wt. petalite and 2-4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Used as anti-scalding ceramic soup spoon. ADVANTAGE - The spoon has anti-aging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-scal ceramic soup spoon, comprising (i) mixing and grinding the quartz stone, kaolin, pyrophyllite, ceramic polishing residue, petalite into fine powder, mixing with spices placing in glassware, exposing for 5-7 days, (ii) taking out the material in the vessel, drying, adding into austenitic stainless steel fiber, zimujie clay, yttrium oxide, nano graphene, gypsum, mineral wool, auxiliary agent grinding into mixed material, adding 32.5-38.5% water, mixing into a slurry, (iii) making slurry into spoon of different standards size, freezing at -20 degrees C for 30 minutes, ultrasonic treating of spoon with 50-80KHz for 5 minutes, (iv) heating the spoon at 400-500 degrees C for 20 minutes, spraying the ethanol, then continuously heating at 700-900 degrees C for 30 minutes, taking the spoon and glaze, continuously baking at 1180-1280 degrees C for 1 hours, cooling the spoon to room temperature in 2 minutes in cooler.
