NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silicon composite grease involves adding certain amount of graphene powder to a mixed system of water and ethanol. The mixture is ultrasonically dispersed into suspension. The dispersion solubility is 1-5 g/l. A certain amount of the washed nano-silicon particles are added to dispersion. The mass ratio of the graphene powder is 10-1:1, and after ultrasonic dispersion, mechanically stirring at 40-60 degrees C for 2-20 h to obtain graphene/silicon. Composite dispersion in which graphene and nano-silicon particles are combined by physical adsorption. The graphene/silicon composite powder is placed in vacuum oven at 30-80 degrees C and dried under vacuum for 1 h to remove residual moisture in the graphene/silicon composite powder and to the graphene/silicon composite powder. The blank thermal grease is weighed into vacuum agitator and stirred for 1 h under vacuum. The stirrer speed is 200-500 r/min and the vacuum is -0.1 mpa. The dried graphene/silicon composite powder is weighed. USE - Method for preparing graphene/silicon composite grease for manufacturing light emitting diode lamp with radiating fins or the base. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Under the condition of minus 0.1mpa, the preliminary mixing of the graphene/silicon composite powder and the thermal grease are stirred to obtain the graphene/silicon composite thermal grease precursor. The above graphene/silicon composite hot silicone grease precursor is placed in a constant temperature vacuum oven at a temperature of 120-180 degrees C and a vacuum minus 0.1 MPa, heated for 0.5-5 h, and the precursor is aged. The pre-cured precursor is placed in a vacuum mixer with a vacuum of minus 0.1 mpa and continuously stirred at a speed of 800-2000 r/min for 18-32 h to obtain a uniformly and stably dispersed modified graphene/silicon composite.
