▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The article has layers of synthetic aromatic polyamide polymer-based fabric and graphene layers. Each graphene layer is a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice formed upon curing of a graphene infused resin that binds the layers to the graphene layer. The article is aquaphobic or neutrally buoyant. The polyethylene layers are interposed between the layers and the graphene layers, and include ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. A titanium plate is positioned with respect to a outward facing side before the polyethylenes layers. The synthetic aromatic polyamide polymer-based fabric, the graphene layers, the polyethylene layers and the titanium plate combine into the article. USE - Heat-resistant composite ballistic resistant aquaphobic and neutrally buoyant multi-curve plate article e.g. light weight composite ballistic armor such as regular non-plated armor soft armor and a plate-reinforced armor, and bulletproof and ballistic vests, to absorb or deflect physical attacks for use by various persons. Uses include but are not limited to a military personnel, a law enforcement personnel, a private security personnel and a civilian. ADVANTAGE - The article is lightweight, and has excellent heat resistance and heat resistance. The article has high energy absorption and back face deformation (BFD) control, and is capable of absorbing high energy impacts. The ballistic core comprising high-density, lightweight grade 5 titanium and national institute of Justice (NIJ) Level 3a rated ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) that is lightweight and flexible.
