NOVELTY - Graphene cotton comprises a flame retardant layer (1), an insulating layer (2), a graphene layer (3), an elastic resin layer (4) and a ventilating layer (5). The flame retardant layer, insulating layer, graphene layer, elastic resin layer and ventilating layer is arranged in parallel up and down. The lower surface of the flame retardant layer is provided with insulating layer. The lower surface of the insulating layer is provided with graphene layer. The lower surface of the graphene layer is connected with elastic resin layer. And the lower surface of the elastic resin layer is tightly jointed with the ventilating layer. USE - Used as graphene cotton. ADVANTAGE - The graphene cotton has good heat preservation effect, plays very good flame retardant effect, and strong durable performance. The method is finely operated, and improves overall quality of the graphene cotton. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene cotton, comprising (i) covering the upper surface of the graphene layer with insulating layer, spraying the upper surface of the insulating layer with flame retardant layer, (ii) adding the graphene layer, insulating layer and flame retardant layer on the glue spraying machine, spraying the lower surface of the graphene layer with glue through the action of the glue sprayer, and providing the lower surface of the graphene layer with ventilating layer, (iii) adding elastic resin layer on the lower surface of the ventilating layer, (iv) integrally placing flame retardant layer, insulating layer, graphene layer, elastic resin layer and ventilating layer in the oven for drying and shaping, (v) ironing the material obtained in the step (iv) by lustre finishing machine to obtain graphene cotton, and (vi) rolling the graphene cotton, ironing on the rolling roller, and finishing the processing of the graphene cotton.
