NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene carbon nanotube network structure comprises soaking carbon nanotube sponge in dimethylacetamide solution of polyamide acid, using tert butanol to replace solvent to remove dimethylacetamide, performing freeze-drying treatment, performing thermal amination treatment at 300-400 degrees C to obtain structure of polyimide coated carbon nanotube sponge, reacting p-phenylenediamine and biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride in dimethylacetamide to obtain dimethylacetamide solution of polyamide acid, using chlorine containing benzene ring structure as carbon source, mixing ethanol and ferrocene, growing carbon nanotube sponge (CNT) sponge by mixed solution, injecting CNT sponge, heating at 800-900 degrees C in inert gas, carbonizing polyimide coated carbon nanotube sponge, graphitizing to obtain three-dimensional graphene carbon nanotube composite network materials, performing carbonization treatment and graphitizing samples in inert gas at 2500-2800 degrees C. USE - The method is for preparation of three-dimensional graphene carbon nanotube network structure. ADVANTAGE - The network structure has better thermal conductivity and mechanical properties.
