▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The modulator has a substrate (1) whose upper part is formed with a concave card slot (9) that is matched with an optical fiber (2). An upper part of the optical fiber is formed with a polishing groove (8). A graphene (3) is formed with the polishing groove that is matched with an electrode (6). The optical fiber is arranged between the graphene and a light fiber core layer. The graphene is made of molybdenum disulfide. The electrode comprises raw material such as gold, silver, copper, platinum, titanium, nickel, cobalt and palladium.
