▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multi-frequency reconfigurable perfect wave absorbing body based on water-graphene-vanadium dioxide lamination comprises aqueous-based polytetrafluoroethylene layer, graphene layer, silicon layer and metal layer, where the silicon layer is divided into two layers namely the first silicon layer (4) and the second silicon layer to increase the thickness of the medium to realize the absorption of the multi-frequency range. The water-type polytrafluorophosphorus layer (1) is hollow square body, the cavity body is completely filled by the water layer (2) to enhance the absorption loss of the incident electromagnetic wave, reaches the perfect absorption of more than 99 % of the wave absorption rate. Each layer sequentially arranged according to the order of the aqueous based polytetrafluoroethylene layer, graphene layer (3), first silicone layer, vanadium dioxide layer (5), second silicone layer and metal layer that are arranged in order. USE - The absorbing body is useful for absorbing terahertz electromagnetic wave in broadband communication, frequency spectrum analysis, detection and sensing fields. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous-based polytetrafluoroethylene layer is hollow square, the cavity is filled completely by the water layer, so as to enhance the absorption loss of the incident electromagnetic wave, and reaches the perfect absorption of more than 99% of the wave absorption rate. The multi-frequency reconfigurable perfect wave absorbing body divides the traditional single dielectric silicon layer into two parts, which can flexibly control the thickness of each silicon medium and more conveniently adjust the number of the multi-absorption frequency bands at different temperatures.
