NOVELTY - Graphene polyester antibacterial composite fiber comprises nylon fiber as core wire, outer coated polyester fiber, where the nylon fiber comprises 95-98 pts. wt. nylon and 2-5 pts. wt. modifier, the modifier comprises 70-80 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. basalts and 2-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene; the polyester fiber comprises 93-95 pts. wt. polyester and 5-7 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, the antibacterial agent comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polyhexamethylene sulfonium hydrochloride, 20-25 pts. wt. chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 5-10 pts. wt. zinc sulfide. USE - Used as graphene polyester antibacterial composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber has comfortable hand feeling, high strength, and antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene polyester antibacterial composite fiber comprising (i) mixing 70-80 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. basalts and 2-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene and adding into the reaction furnace, high temperature heating at 400-500 degrees C, cooling and grinding into powder to obtain modifier, (ii) mixing 95-98 pts. wt. nylon and 2-5 pts. wt. modifier and adding into a screw extruder for melt extrusion to obtain modified nylon melt, where the melt extrusion temperature is 240-250 degrees C, (iii) mixing 40-50 pts. wt. polyhexamethylene hydrazine hydrochloride, 20-25 pts. wt. chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 5-10 pts. wt. zinc sulfide, and stirring and grinding into powder to obtain antibacterial agent, where the step (iii) temperature is 240-250 degrees C, (iv) mixing 93-95 pts. wt. polyester and 5-7 pts. wt. antibacterial agent and adding into a screw extruder for melt extrusion to obtain denatured polyester melt, where the melt extrusion temperature is 300-320 degrees C, and (v) coating the denatured polyester melt on the outer core of the modified nylon melt by a conjugate spinning assembly to obtain final product.
