▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing photocatalytic self-cleaning fabric comprises e.g. (1) preparing photocatalytic material: adding 10 g citric acid to 50 ml absolute ethanol, stirring until completely dissolved, adding 15 ml tetrabutyl titanate, and stirring and reacting for 30-50 minutes; adding 1.5 ml distilled water in dropwise manner, and continuously reacting for 20 minutes to obtain titanium dioxide precursor sol, aging, then adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, which accounts for 10% of titanium dioxide mass, and then adding 1-10% of graphene oxide, which is 1-10% by mass, and ultrasonically dispersing on the ultrasonic system for 2-3 hours to obtain graphite oxide/titanium dioxide precursor sol; after drying and grinding sol, calcining in box furnace to obtain graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite nanomaterials; finally, irradiating graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite nanomaterial with UV-lamps, reducing the material; and (2) processing the fabric in sodium hydroxide solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing photocatalytic self-cleaning fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has good photocatalytic self-cleaning performance, excellent antibacterial and anti-UV properties, and has broad use prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing photocatalytic self-cleaning fabric comprises (1) preparing photocatalytic material: adding 10 g citric acid to 50 ml absolute ethanol, stirring until completely dissolved, adding 15 ml tetrabutyl titanate, and stirring and reacting for 30-50 minutes; adding 1.5 ml distilled water in dropwise manner, and continuously reacting for 20 minutes to obtain titanium dioxide precursor sol, aging, then adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, which accounts for 10% of titanium dioxide mass, and then adding 1-10% of graphene oxide, which is 1-10% by mass, and ultrasonically dispersing on the ultrasonic system for 2-3 hours to obtain graphite oxide/titanium dioxide precursor sol; after drying and grinding the sol, calcining at 400 degrees C for 3 hours in a box furnace to obtain graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite nanomaterials; finally, irradiating graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite nanomaterial with UV-lamps, reducing the material to obtain a mesoporous graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite nanomaterial; (2) processing the fabric in sodium hydroxide solution having a mass fraction of 0.05-0.2 wt.% for 1-2 hours at a bath ratio of 1:30-50, and then taking out the fabric, and washing and drying; immersing the dried fabric in the aqueous solution containing 4-8 wt.% of the silane coupling agent, treating at a temperature of 30-40 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and then washing the fabric and drying, (3) adding the mesoporous graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite nanomaterial prepared in the step (1) to an aqueous solution containing 1-5 wt.% of polyethylene glycol, so the concentration of the composite nanomaterial is 5-20 wt.%; (2) immersing the treated fabric in the composite nanomaterial solution at a bath ratio of 1:40-60, ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes, taking out the fabric and drying; and (4) immersing the fabric treated in the step (3) in an aqueous solution containing 1-3 M silver nitrate at a bath ratio of 1:40-60, and then adding into to a final concentration of 5-10 wt.% of sodium borohydride, and stirring at room temperature, after mixing for 40-60 minutes, taken out the fabric, washing with water and drying under vacuum at 130-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain photocatalytic self-cleaning fabric. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for photocatalytic self-cleaning fabric.
