▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves coating circuit routing layout formed graphene oxide solution on a substrate. Data loss prevention laser projector laser curing process is performed according to circuit routing layout formed graphene oxide solution. Graphene oxide is reduced to form a graphene wiring. Washing and removing process is performed to obtain excess of graphene oxide in a graphene circuit board. Wavelength of a laser is determined for about 150-850nm. The graphene oxide solution is obtained by preparing the graphene oxide with polar solvent. USE - Method for using data loss prevention laser forming process to prepare a graphene circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing acid to wash away excess graphene oxide to obtain the graphene circuit board, increasing yield rate and utilizing efficiency, occupying less volume of the graphene circuit board and improving conductivity and strong high-temperature stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polar solvent is selected from one of deionized water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, dimethylformamide, tetrahydrofuran, n-methyl pyrrolidone or laurinol polyether sodium sulfate.
