▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of highly conductive graphene modified coating comprises taking 2-4 wt.% sodium hydroxide, 86-90 wt.% deionized water, and 8-10 wt.% as first component, 36-40 wt.% polyhydroxy acrylic resin, 21-23 wt.% cyclohexanone, 16-18 wt.% ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 8-11 wt.% toluene, and 14-18 wt.% as second component, and 55-56.5 wt.% isocyanate polymer, 20.5-22 wt.% isocyanate, 5-8 wt.% butyl acetate, and 13.5-16 wt.% as third component; adding graphene to deionized water, dispersing, adding sodium hydroxide, dispersing, and sonicating in water bath for 1-2 hours to obtain modified graphene slurry; adding second component, mixing, and stirring for 30-60 minutes; and adding third component, mixing, and stirring for 30-60 minutes. USE - The method is used for preparing highly conductive graphene modified coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good conductivity, no other toxic and harmful organic solvent, and high safety, is environment-friendly, and has good toughness, hardness, and impact resistance.
