NOVELTY - Melt blown cloth comprises 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene materials, 85-95 pts. wt. environmental-friendly materials, 6-10 pts. wt. tourmaline and 2-8 pts. wt. multifunctional masterbatch. The raw materials of the multifunctional masterbatch includes 70-80 pts. wt. polypropylene main body, 10-15 pts. wt. flame-retardant component and 10-15 pts. wt. super sparse component. USE - Used as melt blown cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method increases the specific surface area of melt blown cloth, greatly reduces air resistance, promotes the agglomeration of graphene stored charges, improves the filterability of the melt blown cloth with the passage of storage time; and is safe, environmentally friendly and reproducible. The multifunctional masterbatch has the functions of flame retardant, hydrophobic, oleophobic and salt-repellent and expands the application market of melt blown cloth.
