NOVELTY - A glucose biosensor preparing method involves placing the platinum electrode in absolute ethanol for ultrasonic cleaning for 1-3 minutes, taking out and placing in a vacuum drying oven and drying to obtain a platinum electrode. The platinum electrode is alternately immersed in the polyaniline working solution and the graphene oxide solution for 20-25 minutes, taken out and washed with distilled water for 1-3 minutes and after drying to obtain a platinum/(polyaniline/graphene oxide)n electrode, immersing the platinum/(polyaniline/graphene oxide)n electrode into the graphene oxide solution for 20-25 minutes, taking out and washing with distilled water for 1-3 minutes and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing glucose biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing glucose biosensor with high cell biocompatibility and responsiveness to glucose. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a glucose biosensor is prepared by the method.
