▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Invisible ice-covering-proof compatible material comprises an insulating and heat insulating layer, a patterned heating layer, an insulating heat conducting layer and a hydrophobic layer. The patterned heating layer is provided with a patterned hollow structure. The patterned heating layer has a thickness of 20-400 microm. The material of the insulating heat insulating layer comprises at least one of polyimide, glass fiber, hollow glass microsphere, silicon rubber and/or polyurethane. The patterned heating layer comprises a nano conductive filler dispersed in a polymer. The polymer comprises at least one of silicon rubber, epoxy resin, styrene-butadienestyrene block copolymer and/or polyurethane and the nano conductive filler comprises graphene, conductive carbon black, carbon nano tube, nano graphite powder, nano metal powder and nano metal wire. USE - The invisible ice-covering-proof compatible material is useful as surface material of equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The invisible ice-covering-proof compatible material: has patterned heating layer is beneficial to cause a part of electromagnetic waves to generate and absorbs eddy current and resonance in the patterned hollow structure; can diffract part of the electromagnetic waves freely which is beneficial to reduce the radar cross section, quickly and uniformly generate heat when the current is applied, and achieve the effect of electric anti-icing and deicing; provides synergistic effect; and makes the equivalent impedance wave close to air thus reduces the reflectivity of electromagnetic waves, increases the transmittance of electromagnetic waves, and ensures the effect of anti-icing.
