NOVELTY - Heat-conducting polypropylene material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-30 pts. wt. high heat conducting filler, 1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary heat conducting filler, 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, and 0.1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant. The auxiliary heat conducting filler contains 0.1-5% azide modified group. USE - Used as heat-conducting polypropylene material. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene material and the method have good heat conducting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heat-conducting polypropylene material, comprising (i) mixing and stirring the high heat conducting filler, auxiliary heat conducting filler, flame retardant, compatibilizer and antioxidant to obtain first mixture, where the stirring speed is 140-200 revolutions/minute; (ii) mixing and stirring polypropylene resin and first mixture to obtain the second mixture, where the stirring speed is 2-5 m/minute; and (iii) granulating second mixture material through a twin-screw extruder, where the feeding material section is 180-200 degrees C, the plasticizing and extrusion section is 190-210 degrees C, the extrusion temperature of the melt conveying section is 200-220 degrees C, and the head temperature is 200-220 degrees C, the vacuum degree is 0.5-1 MPa.
