NOVELTY - Vehicle air conditioning and cleaning agent comprises 100-150 pts. wt. sewage sludge, 13-17 pts. wt. corn straw, 15-24 pts. wt. peanut shell, 30-50 pts. wt. zinc chloride, 13-16 pts. wt. magnesium silicate, 6-9 pts. wt. zirconium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 2-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. talc, 7-11 pts. wt. fly ash and distilled water (specific amount). USE - Used as vehicle air conditioning and cleaning agent. ADVANTAGE - The agent has long service time and good performance (claimed), has strong adhesive property, is not easy to fall off, has high strength, extends adsorption time, UV resistance, fire resistance and acid resistance performance, ensures easy separation and has car air purification function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the vehicle air conditioning and cleaning agent, comprising (i) drying sewage sludge of a sewage treatment plant under natural conditions, drying in an oven at 110 degrees C for 18-20 hours, cooling and grinding into a sewage sludge particles of particle size 1-3 mm; (ii) placing corn stalks and peanut shells in an oven, drying at 80 degrees C to a constant weight, cooling and crushing to the size of 1-5 mm; (iii) mixing the materials obtained in the step (i) and step (ii), placing in a tubular furnace and carrying out pyrolysis and carbonization at 400-600 degrees C for 1 hours; (iv) mixing ed zinc chloride, magnesium silicate and zirconium oxide, adding proper amount of distilled water, formulating 4 mol/l concentration zinc chloride, ultrasonic dispersing for 10-20 minutes and immersing the product of step (iii) for 12 hours; (v) transferring the impregnated product to an oven at 110 degrees C and drying for 10-12 hours; (vi) placing the dried product and manganese ore in a muffle furnace, taking nitrogen gas as a protective atmosphere, heating to 400-750 degrees C at heating rate of 10-20 degrees C/minute, holding at constant temperature for 50-150 minutes, furnace cooling and crushing; (vii) mixing graphene, talc, fly ash, and the material of step (vi), adding aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring into wet mixture, adding to a disc pelletizer, producing pellets, sieving, taking 5-15 mm particle size pellets, and calcining at 200-250 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, and (viii) dissolving cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in 5-7 times of ethanol, stirring, adding step (vii) product, ultrasonic dispersing for 1-2 hours, washed with distilled water to neutral pH and drying.
