NOVELTY - A special ceramic comprises 12-18 pts. wt. illite, 13-15 pts. wt. meteorites, 22-27 pts. wt. volcanic rock, 1.3-1.9 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 10-16 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 2.1-2.8 pts. wt. silicon carbide whiskers, 16-24 pts. wt. cristobalite, 1-2 pts. wt. tin oxide, 3.6 pts. wt. butane, 3-4 pts. wt. wear resistance additive, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. graphene, 20-34 pts. wt. diatomite and 4-7 pts. wt. Morchella esculenta. The wear resistance additive is prepared by pulverizing aluminum nitride, diamond powder and steel slag, adding polyacrylate and ethanol and ball milling. USE - Ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic has improved heat resistance due to addition of silicon carbide and silicon carbide whiskers, and has increased fineness, smoothness and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A special ceramic comprises 12-18 pts. wt. illite, 13-15 pts. wt. meteorites, 22-27 pts. wt. volcanic rock, 1.3-1.9 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 10-16 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 2.1-2.8 pts. wt. silicon carbide whiskers, 16-24 pts. wt. cristobalite, 1-2 pts. wt. tin oxide, 3.6 pts. wt. butane, 3-4 pts. wt. wear resistance additive, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. graphene, 20-34 pts. wt. diatomite and 4-7 pts. wt. M.esculenta. The wear resistance additive is prepared by pulverizing aluminum nitride, diamond powder and steel slag to obtain 130-150 mesh, adding polyacrylate and ethanol, mixing with water to obtain mixture, and ball milling the mixture at 48-60 degrees C to obtain 6-11 mu m particle size. The mass ratio of aluminum nitride, diamond powder, polyacrylate, ethanol, and steel slag is 0.6-0.9:1-2:0.3-0.8:5-7:4-6. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ceramic.
