NOVELTY - The method involves adopting a double-sided circular knitting machine. A terylene low stretch yarn is connected to a lead outer layer using a wool yarn. An inner graphene composite yarn and a cotton yarn are combined by looping to weave out a three-layer structure of a graphene wool knitted fabric that comprises subsequent finishing process, where the graphene wool knitted fabric is shrinked with a weak acid shrinking agent. Circles are formed by an outer yarn to weave a syringe needle, where the cotton yarn is 20-40s yarn, the inner graphene composite yarn is 70-50d yarn. USE - Graphene wool knitted fabric manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables using rational proportion of a yarn so as to fully develop an infrared and antistatic performance of a graphene fiber, so that inner layer is soft and cotton yarn is comfortable, adopting wool yarn with elegant feeling of the outer layer material, adding suitable finishing process through rational allocation of the three-layer structure and the yarn so as to make light, thin and warm wool knitted fabric.
