NOVELTY - Stain-resistant and high skin penetration artificial leather comprises 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 15-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide modified aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion resin, 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2-8 pts. wt. functionalized thickening agent, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. fluorocarbon surfactant, 5-10 pts. wt. wax feeling agent, 0.2-1 pts. wt. aqueous flatting agent, and 60-80 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Stain-resistant high skin-feeling artificial leather. ADVANTAGE - The stain-resistant high skin-feeling artificial leather has excellent stain resistance, water resistance, anti-scraping property, dry/wet color fastness, heat-resistant property, anti-aging stability, physical property, corrosion resistance and bonding strength, and prolonged service life, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing stain-resistant and highly permeable artificial leather, which involves: (A) adding the water-based polyurethane emulsion, wax-feeling agent, and leveling agent to the deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly to prepare a premix, where amount of the deionized water is 50-60 wt.% total mass of the deionized water; (B) adding graphene oxide modified water-based fluorocarbon emulsion resin and fluorocarbon surfactant to the remaining deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding to the premix, mixing uniformly, then adding functional thickener to adjust the viscosity to obtain the finishing agent; and (C) using a spray gun to spray the coating agent in a closed environment without ventilation on the surface of the substrate to be treated, and control the temperature of the spraying operation to 25-35 degrees C and the relative humidity to 42-68% RH to produce artificial leather.
