▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves taking a glass fiber as a substrate, putting into a carbon-doped vapor deposition (CVD) furnace and pumping to vacuum. Argon gas is introduced to wash. The radio frequency plasma is opened and introduces methane when the temperature is raised to 500 to 550 centigrade. The radio-frequency plasma and methane are closed to reduce the temperature to room temperature in the argon and hydrogen atmosphere, and closes the hydrogen after the constant temperature system is finished. The graphene film is placed in a metal salt solution for 15-30 minutes, dries and places into the CVD furnace for swimming. The selenium powder is placed on the upstream of the furnace. The growth parameter is set to grow under the normal pressure condition. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based hetero-junction glass fiber film for lithium-sulfur battery used in mobile device and electrical vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing the graphene-based hetero-junction glass fiber film with good, electrolyte solution thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a graphene-based hetero-junction glass fiber film; (2) a lithium-sulphur battery. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a pictorial view of a scanning electron microscope (SEM) graph of the graphene glass fiber.
