NOVELTY - Preparing nerve conduit loaded with adipose stem cell, comprises adding polycaprolactone and polyvinylpyrrolidone into the binary organic solvent, ultrasonically treating, and adding reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles to obtain a spinning solution, electrospinning the spinning solution by electrospinning technology, washing many times to obtain a semi-finished catheter, and injecting the cell mixture into the semi-finished catheter to obtain the nerve catheter. The binary organic solvent is a dichloromethane/dimethylformamide organic solvent. The detergent used in the washing includes alcohol and/or water. USE - The method is useful for preparing a nerve conduit loaded with adipose stem cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nerve conduit of load fat stem cell, which improves the nerve nutrition phenotype of the peripheral nerve scaffold, and promotes axonal orientation long into nerve conduit and Snowwana cell myelination effect. The nerve conduit has a groove structure, increases the specific surface area and cell adhesion site, which is good for cell attachment and proliferation.
