NOVELTY - Method for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene-metal particle composite material involves uniformly dispersing metal nanoparticles and graphene in a solvent, filtering or settling to form a composite film of metal nanoparticles and graphene, and performing heat treatment to make metal nano-particles heat-melt between graphene sheets to realize connection of graphene sheet structure in thickness direction. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene-metal particle composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the high thermal conductivity of metal to build high-efficiency thermal conduction channels between graphene layers, improves the high thermal performance of the material in the thickness direction, overcomes the disadvantage of poor thermal conductivity in the thickness direction, and prepares a high-performance thermal conductive material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of metal nanoparticles in increasing the thermal conductivity of graphene-based composite material in the thickness direction.
