NOVELTY - A high-strength oxide-based metal ceramic liner comprises 45-55 pts. wt. magnesia, 10-20 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. molybdenum iron powder, 3-10 pts. wt. magnesium powder, 4-9 pts. wt. hard pillar powder, 10-15 pts. wt. corundum powder, 10-20 pts. wt. calcite powder, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. potassium oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. yttrium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. vanadium carbide and 5-8 pts. wt. kaolin. USE - High-strength oxide-based metal ceramic liner (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-strength oxide-based metal ceramic liner has high strength, excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistant and low temperature toughness characteristics, and also has excellent processing performance. The high-strength oxide-based metal ceramic liner is prepared at low cost by a simple process. The parameters are easy to control.
