▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing photonic crystal by using quantum dot metal organic framework (QDs/MOFs) complex comprises (i) preparing the nano quantum dot material, (ii) preparing metal organic framework (MOFs) material, (iii) combining the nano quantum dots with a certain size with the metal organic frame (MOFs) with specific aperture to form complex photonic crystal material with periodic variation of optical path. USE - The method is useful for preparing photonic crystal by using quantum dot metal organic framework complex. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures regulation of periodic changes in the optical path; achieves the purpose of optional output wavelengths from the visible light band to the terahertz band; has important value for broadening the application of photonic crystals. The complex can be the ZIFs series of zeolite-type prostrates framework material, and can be the lavatin framework material of MILs series (all claimed).
