NOVELTY - Slurry comprises 35-50 wt.% aqueous resin, 0.5-2 wt.% additives, 46.5-53 wt.% solvent and 3-10 wt.% graphene powder. The additive comprises an amphiphilic dispersant, an antifoaming agent, a thickener and an anti-settling agent in a mass ratio of 5:(2-3):(1-3):(5-10). The solvent is deionized water or ethanol. The graphene powder is prepared by a mechanical exfoliation method, where the graphene powder has a thickness of 1-3 layers, a sheet layer diameter of 7-12 microm, and a bulk density of 0.005-0.02 g/ml. USE - The slurry is useful for preparing an aqueous graphene electric heating film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The slurry is safe and environmentally-friendly, has excellent dispersion uniformity of the graphene powder, and forms electric heating film with excellent aging resistance under a voltage of 300 V, excellent heating uniformity and uniform conductivity, and excellent wire performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the slurry for aqueous graphene electric heating film, involving (i) adding the amphiphilic dispersant into the solvent to dissolve, uniformly stirring, adding the graphene powder and uniformly stirring to form a uniform graphene pre-dispersion, (ii) adding the antifoaming agent, thickener and anti-settling agent to the obtained graphene pre-dispersion, and stirring to obtain a homogeneous dispersion of graphene, and (iii) adding the aqueous resin to the obtained homogeneous dispersion of graphene, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product; and (2) an aqueous graphene electric heating film prepared using the above-mentioned slurry, comprising a first insulating protective layer, a second insulating protective layer, an aqueous graphene heating layer and electrodes. The electrodes are respectively positioned on both sides of the aqueous graphene heating layer, and both the aqueous graphene heating layer and the electrode are sandwiched between the first insulating protection layer and the second insulating protection layer. The aqueous graphene heating layer comprises an aqueous graphene electric heating slurry layer and a film-forming carrier formed by coating the aqueous graphene electric heating film slurry on the film-forming carrier and then drying at a low temperature.
