NOVELTY - Nano-polystyrene foam plate comprises polystyrene raw material, fumed silica, nano-gas gel, graphene, and high temperature white ceramic glaze. USE - Used as nano-polystyrene foam plate. ADVANTAGE - The foam plate has function of heat insulation and preservation under the premise, can achieve heat proofing effect; improves the heat safety; reduces the heat insulation and temperature preservation material cost; saves energy and emission reduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-polystyrene foam plate comprises (i) mixing 40-50 pts. wt. polystyrene raw material, 40-50 pts. wt. fumed silica, 2-5 pts. wt. nano-gas gel, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, and 2-10 pts. wt. high temperature white ceramic glaze, (ii) heating and stirring the mixed material into a stirring device with electric heating function of the rise in the temperature to stir, fully mixing the materials, (iii) stirring polystyrene material continuously heating baking in the oven, the polystyrene powder to produce a fumed silica, nano-gas gel, graphene and high temperature white ceramic glaze, adhering together, (iv) drying the modified polystyrene mixture in foaming the spare tub, while stirring the mixture in the foaming machine in foam form particles, and (v) adding panel foaming particles into the secondary forming mold sheet for high temperature foaming to form nano polystyrene plates.
