▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrated graphene oxide involves adding graphene oxide to deionized water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion with a concentration of 1-3mg/mL, then adding concentrated nitric acid, stirring and mixing uniformly at 120-180 degrees C, subjecting to hydrothermal reaction for 10-20 hours. The water bath is heated and evaporated to dryness to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing nitrated graphene oxide used high-efficiency antibacterial material as biomedicine field. ADVANTAGE - The method has good water dispersibility, high oxidation degree and good cell compatibility, improves antibacterial performance of gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, in simple manner.
