▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for detecting Helicobacter pylori using electrochemical label free immunosensor, involves performing (a) electrodeposition of reduced graphene oxide (rGO), (b) poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) electropolymerization, electrodeposition of palladium nanoparticles (PdNPs), (c) cytotoxin-associated gene A (CagA) antigen immobilization, (d) bovine serum albumin (BSA)-phosphate buffered saline (PBS) blocking, (e) anti-CagA binding and (f) electrochemical analysis. USE - The method is useful for detecting H.pylori using electrochemical label free immunosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method is user-friendly, and rapidly detects H.pylori using electrochemical label free immunosensor. The sensor exhibits excellent precision, analytical recovery and anti-interference ability which makes this sensing interface suitable for biological samples.
