NOVELTY - A composite high-iron waterproof material comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 98-102 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 2-9 pts. wt. plasticizer, 10-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate), 4-28 pts. wt. graphene/methanesulfonic acid solution, and 6-48 pts. wt. additive. The component (B) comprises 53-63 pts. wt. amino terminated polyether D400, 16-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-diamino-3 3'-dichloro diphenyl methane, 4-14 pts. wt. 1,3-diaminomethylcyclohexane, and 5-9 pts. wt. amino terminated polyether T5000. USE - Composite high-iron waterproof material used for protecting concrete. ADVANTAGE - The composite high-iron waterproof material is prepared by simple and economical process, and has excellent mechanical properties, high waterproof effect and high weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite high-iron waterproof material comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 98-102 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 2-9 pts. wt. plasticizer, 10-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate), 4-28 pts. wt. graphene/methanesulfonic acid solution, and 6-48 pts. wt. additive. The component (B) comprises 53-63 pts. wt. amino terminated polyether D400, 16-20 pts. wt. 4,4'-diamino-3 3'-dichloro diphenyl methane, 4-14 pts. wt. 1,3-diaminomethylcyclohexane, and 5-9 pts. wt. amino terminated polyether T5000. The mass ratio of component (A) and component (B) is (1-3):(1-3). The additive is 62-72 wt.% inorganic antibacterial agent and 28-38 wt.% flame retardant. The inorganic antibacterial agent comprises silver chloride, silver tungstate, and zinc carbonate with mass ratio of (1-3):(1-3):(1-3). The flame retardant comprises triphenyl phosphate, hexabromocyclododecane and dimethyl methyl phosphate with mass ratio of (1-3):(1-3):(1-3).
