NOVELTY - Method for preparing silver/graphene composite thermally conductive interface material, involves (a) performing surface pretreatment of copper substrate, (b) depositing graphene at the position where the copper substrate is subjected to surface pretreatment, (c) soaking the copper base material deposited with graphene in silver salt solution, performing replacement reaction, and replacing the outer layer copper atom of copper base material with silver to obtain a composite primary product of silver and graphene, and (d) cleaning the surface of the composite initial product of silver and graphene obtained in step (c) to obtain the silver/graphene composite thermally conductive interface material. USE - The method is used for preparing silver/graphene composite thermally conductive interface material (claimed) for integrated circuit, mobile terminal, communication device, automobile, power supply and LED illumination field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides silver/graphene composite heat-conducting interface material with good heat- conducting performance. The method is simple, mild reaction, and solves the problem that the existing heat conducting interface material preparation is complex, the problem of bad heat conducting performance, and can prepare the needed shape according to need. The graphene is easy to deposit on the rough position of the surface of the copper substrate, so as to control the shape and distribution of the graphene. The surface of copper substrate has a certain roughness, so that the graphene can be easily deposited.
