▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Radiating steel-plastic film comprises a heat-sealing layer, a steel foil, an adhesive layer and a radiating layer which are sequentially stacked from the inside to the outside. The graphite slurry is added to the adhesive layer. USE - Used as radiating steel-plastic film. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the radiating effect of radiating steel-plastic film while improving the adhesion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the adhesive, comprising adding the ethanol solution of the silane coupling agent to the graphite aqueous solution, adjusting the pH to 4-5, performing the water bath reaction to prepare the graphite slurry, mixing the graphite slurry and the adhesive, and preparing the graphite slurry-added adhesive; and (2) preparing radiating steel-plastic film, comprising coating an adhesive layer and a radiating layer on the outer surface of the steel foil in order to obtain a radiating copper foil, extruding the raw materials of the radiating layer into a film, thermally extruding the heat-sealing layer and compounding on the inner surface of the radiating steel foil to obtain a steel-plastic film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic structural view of the radiating steel-plastic film.
