NOVELTY - Preparation of highly reliable graphene polyethylene pipe comprises drying superfine calcium carbonate, and subjecting to silane modification treatment to obtain activated modified superfine calcium carbonate powder; doping magnesium oxide, alumina and ethylene into vermiculite as template to obtain magnesium aluminum-doped graphene; and mixing high-density polyethylene, activated modified superfine calcium carbonate powder, magnesium aluminum-doped graphene, pentaerythritol stearic acid amide and antioxidant, mixing, and granulating to obtain polyethylene masterbatch. USE - Method for preparation of highly reliable graphene polyethylene pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pipe has greatly improved impact resistance and high temperature performance, and oxygen limit of up to 30-32%.
