▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material comprises spray material, silica sol and fluorinated material. The spraying material comprises at least one of metal powder and ceramic powder. The fluorinated material comprises at least one of fluorinated graphite and fluorinated graphene with a fluorine content greater than 30%. The volume ratio of the spraying material to the fluorinated material is 2:1-6:1. USE - The composite material is used for non-stick cookware e.g. frying pan, stockpot or pan used in cooking foods, and including meat, poultry, fish, and poultry products. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high hardness, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance and improved initial non-stick, reaching the use effect of lasting nonstick, and has high stability and durability. By controlling the volume ratio of the dispersion of the spraying material and the fluorinated material, the process stability can be improved, and the subsequent process is convenient. The process efficiency is improved and the process cost is reduced by controlling the pH value of the fluorination material sol dispersion liquid. The nonstick cookware has improved finished product rate and production efficiency, and improved hardness, durability and durability of the cookware. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing a composite material for non-stick cookware comprising mixing the dispersion of the fluorinated material with the silica sol to obtain a sol dispersion of the fluorinated material, atomizing the fluorinated material sol dispersion, and mixing and granulating the atomized dispersion with the spray material at a predetermined temperature to obtain a composite material; and (2) a non-stick cookware comprising a substrate including an inner surface carrying the article and an outer surface facing away from the inner surface, and a non-stick coating provided on the inner surface of the substrate and comprising the composite material.
