NOVELTY - Manufacturing complex material, involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide solution in dimethyl sulfoxide, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC), and activating mixture, (b) adding polyethylenimine (PEI) to activated mixture, reacting the materials, dialyzing reacted product, and freeze-drying product, (c) dissolving hyaluronic acid in distilled water, adding EDC, and activating mixture, and (d) dissolving freeze-dried product in water, gradually adding hyaluronic acid mixture, reacting the materials, dialyzing product, and freeze-drying product. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing complex material which is used as drug carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to perform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for manufacturing complex material, involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide solution in dimethyl sulfoxide, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC) to dispersed product, and activating mixture for 3 hours, (b) adding polyethylenimine (PEI) to activated mixture, reacting the materials at room temperature for 24 hours, dialyzing reacted product to remove unreacted impurities, and freeze-drying obtained product, (c) dissolving hyaluronic acid in distilled water, adding EDC to dissolved product, and activating mixture for 3 hours, and (d) dissolving freeze-dried product in water, gradually adding hyaluronic acid mixture, reacting the materials at room temperature for 24 hours, dialyzing reacted product to remove unreacted impurities, and freeze-drying obtained product.
