▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing laser-induced graphene/metal oxide sensitive material, comprises mixing polyimide, metal salt, water and adhesive to obtain a metal salt doped precursor suspension, coating the metal salt-doped precursor suspension on the substrate, and drying to obtain a polyimide film, and subjecting the polyimide film to laser treatment. The metal salt includes tin salts, iron salts, copper salts, magnesium salts, barium salts, manganese salts and/or zinc salts. The adhesive is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. USE - The method is useful for preparing laser-induced graphene/metal oxide sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/metal oxide sensitive material that has good conductivity, and improves the specific surface area and porosity of the material to improve the sensitivity of the gas response. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/metal oxide sensitive material.
