▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-synergistic reinforced sheet material based on graphene oxide comprises composite of hydrotalcite and graphene oxide with a mass ratio of 1:3-6 with a clear lamellar stacked structure on the surface, where the material has particle size of 10-20 mu m, and the average specific surface area is 1800 m2g-1. USE - Used as nano-synergistic reinforced sheet material based on graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The material: utilizes synergistic effect between nanomaterials; reduces formation of hydrogen bonds, which is excellent for dispersion of hydrotalcite in organic solvents; increases distance between the layers of the two materials; enhances the compatibility of the nano-hybrid with the epoxy resin matrix; can be used in anti-corrosion coatings to enhance the shielding performance of the coating; and enhances the anti-corrosion performance of the coating, with excellent practical effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-synergistic reinforced sheet material based on graphene oxide, comprising (i) synthesizing silanized hydrotalcite by (ia) adding soluble magnesium salt and soluble aluminum salt to deionized water in the ratio of 1-3:1, respectively, and fully stirring to dissolve to obtain first solution, (ib) dissolving alkaline compound in deionized water to prepare second solution with a molar concentration of 0.1-0.5 mol/l, (ic) adding second solution prepared in step (ib) dropwise to first solution prepared in step (ia) under nitrogen protection, adjusting pH to 9-10, controlling temperature of obtained mixed solution to 70-90 degrees C under constant stirring and continuous nitrogen protection, reacting for 5-8 hours to obtain white paste reaction product, and (id) using mixed solvent to wash reaction product obtained in step (ic) until the reaction product is neutral, drying reaction product, placing dried material in mixed solvent again, controlling temperature of obtained mixture to 60-80 degrees C and stirring for 2-3 hours under the condition of continuous stirring and continuous nitrogen protection, taking silane coupling agent to total mass of soluble magnesium salt and the soluble aluminum salt in a ratio of 0.05-0.1:1, adding silane coupling agent dropwise to it, controlling the temperature of the obtained mixed compound to 80-90 degrees C for polymerization for 10-12 hours under the conditions of continuous stirring and nitrogen protection, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing resulting polymerization reaction product with a mixed solvent, and fully drying to less than 100 degrees C to prepare the silanized hydrotalcite, (ii) synthesizing of nano-synergistic reinforced sheet material by (a) taking graphene oxide and dehydrating agent into the polar organic solvent in a mass ratio of 5-8:1, fully stirring and dispersing to obtain dispersion, (b) taking silanized hydrotalcite and graphene oxide in a mass ratio of 1-2:5, taking silanized hydrotalcite prepared in step (i) and adding to dispersion prepared in step (a), heating to 80-90 degrees C for grafting reaction for 8-10 hours under constant stirring and continuous nitrogen protection, centrifuging obtained suspension, and washing the lower layer of precipitate multiple times with a mixed solvent, and fully drying to obtain the finished product.
