▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves setting up and down molds. The size of the spacer is similar to the lower surface of the upper mold or the upper surface of the lower mold (102), and a cylindrical through hole is included in the center of the spacer. The diameter of the circular through hole is not smaller than the diameter of the corresponding upper mold cavity or the lower mold cavity. The upper and lower molds are all monocrystalline silicon materials with a graphene-like coating. The glass product to be pressed under the gasket (302) is placed below the upper mold or above the gasket above the lower mold. The glass product to be pressed is heated and pressed. The glass product is squeezed onto the silicon carbide or tungsten carbide gasket, and pressed to enter the structure of the single crystal silicon mold, when the glass product to be pressed is deformed under pressure. The upper and lower molds are cooled, and demolded to form an optical lens. USE - Molding preparation method for optical lens. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the surface structure of the glass to the silicon mold in the mold pressing process, especially the pressure of the edge structure, so as to further improve the service life of the mold, and effectively reduce the cost. The method effectively avoids the crack of the upper mold and the lower mold edge in the use of multiple times of repeated use. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the lower mold and a top view of the gasket after the step of adding a gasket in the compression molding method. 102Lower mold 301Pit 302Gasket
