NOVELTY - Preparing cobalt aluminum hydrotalcite/fluorinated graphene composite material comprises e.g. (i) preparing graphite oxide powder, (ii) dispersing step (i) obtained product to obtain graphite oxide dispersion, crushing, centrifuging, adding supernatant solution to hydrofluoric acid, mixing, and carrying out fluorination reaction, cooling, filtering and washing to obtain fluorinated graphene, (iii) dispersing step (ii) obtained fluorinated graphene, and stripping to obtain fluorinated graphene suspension, and (iv) carrying out hydro-thermal reaction of step (iii) obtained product. USE - The method is useful in preparing cobalt aluminum hydrotalcite/fluorinated graphene composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing cobalt aluminum hydrotalcite/fluorinated graphene composite material comprises (i) preparing graphite oxide powder using Hummers method, (ii) dispersing step (i) obtained graphite oxide powder in de-ionized water to obtain graphite oxide dispersion, crushing using ultrasonic cell crusher, centrifuging, adding supernatant solution to hydrofluoric acid, stirring and mixing, then transferring into a high pressure reactor, and carrying out constant temperature fluorination reaction, cooling to room temperature, filtering and washing to neutral to obtain fluorinated graphene, (iii) dispersing step (ii) obtained fluorinated graphene in ethanol solution, and stripping using ultrasonic cell crusher to obtain fluorinated graphene suspension, (iv) adding cobalt sulfate heptahydrate, aluminum chloride hexahydrate and urea to step (iii) obtained product, and then mixing cobalt sulfate heptahydrate, aluminum chloride hexahydrate, urea and step (ii) obtained graphite oxide powder in a mass ratio of 4-15:2-15:4-15:1, stirring, transferring to high-pressure reactor, and carrying out hydro-thermal reaction, then cooling to room temperature, and then post-processing to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for cobalt aluminum hydrotalcite/fluorinated graphene composite material obtained above method.
