NOVELTY - Manufacture of flexible micro supercapacitor involves providing oxidized graphene on a flexible substrate, providing a mask on the oxidized graphene, irradiating a white light pulse on the substrate at a light energy of 1.2-10 J/cm2 to reduce the oxidized graphene in the portion where the mask is not provided to form an electrode (b), removing the mask, providing current collector (c1) connected to the electrode (a) and a current collector (c2) connected to the electrode (b), and providing a gelled electrolyte in contact with the electrodes (a) and (b). USE - Manufacture of flexible micro-supercapacitor (claimed).
