▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polylactic acid-polyethylene composite bio-membrane carrier material comprises 8-10 pts. wt. diatomite, 14-18 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. cassava starch, 2-3 pts. wt. Arabic gum, 40-50 pts. wt. polyethylene, 8-12 pts. wt. chitosan, 2-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 2-4 pts. wt. nano titanium sol, 3-5 pts. wt. lignocellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. mica, 1-2 pts. wt. hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. silica sol, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. sodium humate and 15-20 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as polylactic acid-polyethylene composite bio-membrane carrier material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has light weight, large surface activation area, small influence of environmental temperature changes on adsorption performance, excellent fluidity, excellent absorption property, corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant, durable and efficient; uses carbon-rich source; and is not easy to agglomerate; and improves water quality purifying effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polylactic acid-polyethylene composite bio-membrane carrier material comprising uniformly mixing raw materials, then adding into a double-screw extruder for mixing and extruding at 150-200 degrees C into composite slice, cooling the chips, adding into a melt-blown spinning device to obtain meltblown nonwovens, solidifying the obtained fiber to obtain bundle of composite fibers having diameter of 1-2 mm to obtain final product.
