NOVELTY - Method for preparing porous absorbent coating by (i) taking three or more inorganic fillers, (ii) adding weighed inorganic fillers to dispersant, and using mechanical stirring and ultrasonically dispersion to form powder solution, (iii) adding the remaining inorganic fillers to dispersed powder solution in the form of solution, and again using mechanical stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to form dispersed slurry, (iv) dispersing the resin solvent in an organic solvent, using mechanical stirring and dissolving to obtain dispersed resin solution after leaving still for period of time, (v) mixing the slurry and the resin solution in a certain proportion and using mechanical stirring to obtain a mixed solution, (vi) sucking the mixed solution to the spray gun, adjusting the spray height, spraying voltage and spray rate, and spraying on the cleaned workpiece and (vii) placing the sprayed workpiece into the oven, baking, taking it out and cooling down. USE - Method for preparing porous absorbent coating. ADVANTAGE - The method plays the role of multiple internal reflections of light, while the nanoparticles and tubes will cause light scattering effects, increases the propagation path of light in the coating and improves the absorption performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing porous absorbent coating by (i) taking three or more inorganic fillers, (ii) adding two or three of the weighed inorganic fillers to the dispersant, and using mechanical stirring and ultrasonically dispersion to form a powder solution, (iii) adding the remaining inorganic fillers to the dispersed powder solution in the form of a solution, and again using mechanical stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to form a dispersed slurry, (iv) dispersing the resin solvent in an organic solvent, using mechanical stirring and completely dissolving to obtain uniformly dispersed resin solution after leaving still for a period of time, (v) mixing the slurry and the resin solution in a certain proportion and using mechanical stirring to obtain a mixed solution, (vi) sucking the mixed solution to the spray gun, adjusting the spray height, spraying voltage and spray rate, and spraying on the cleaned workpiece and (vii) placing the sprayed workpiece into the oven, baking it at a certain temperature for a certain period of time, taking it out and cooling down.
