NOVELTY - An electrophotographic unit (300) comprises substrate (305) and unit layer (315) over the substrate. The unit layer comprises graphene-containing particles dispersed in a polymer matrix in an amount to control thermal conductivity of the electrophotographic unit. USE - An electrophotographic unit. ADVANTAGE - The unit makes use of graphene-containing material composition with improved thermal, mechanical, and/or electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for making an electrophotographic unit (300) comprising forming a composition dispersion comprising graphene-containing particles and polymer, the graphene-containing particles being provided in an amount to control thermal conductivity of the electrophotographic unit; applying the formed composition dispersion to a substrate (305); and solidifying the applied composition dispersion over the substrate.
