NOVELTY - Flame retardant polymer material comprises 70-100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-15 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 10-15 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide, 7-9 pts. wt. perlite, 7-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 4-7 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 6-9 pts. wt. triphenyl phosphate, 6-9 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 6-8 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 4-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 7-12 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. wear-resisting agent, 8-18 pts. wt. plasticizer, 9-11 pts. wt. asbestos powder and 40-60 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene material. USE - Used as flame retardant polymer material. ADVANTAGE - The polymer material: utilizes acrylonitrile butadiene styrene material and wear-resisting agent, which improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance; utilizes ammonium polyphosphate and triphenyl phosphate, which improve the flame retardant performance; and utilizes antioxidant, which improves oxidation resistance.
