NOVELTY - Thermal composition comprises 10-60 wt.% of graphene, 0.1-10 wt.% of alignment agent, 5-50 wt.% of organic binder, 0.1-8% wt.% of dispersant, and solvents. USE - The composition is useful in a thermal spread-sheet (claimed) that is useful in display devices such as LCD monitor and plasma display monitor of electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The composition with improved graphene orientation is capable of reducing heat in component of the electronic devices so that endurance period and performance of the device can be efficiently enhanced, and has excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical property, flexibility, durability and softness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a thermal spreadsheet comprising an adhesion layer formed in a lower part of a base material, and a protective layer formed on a thermal diffusion layer, where the base material is coated with a thermal composition.
