▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyurethane superhydrophobic anticorrosive material includes 1-4 pts. wt. of modified graphene oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. of fluorinated hydroxyl terminated silicone oil, 40-58 pts. wt. of polyester polyol, 30-34 pts. wt. of 4,4'-diisocyanate-3,3'-di methyl biphenyl, 3-6 pts. wt. of 1,4-butanediol, 2-4 pts. wt. of dibutyltin dilaurate and 3-5 pts. wt. of 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid. USE - Graphene modified polyurethane superhydrophobic anticorrosive material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified polyurethane superhydrophobic anticorrosive material is provided with fluorinated hydroxyl terminated silicone oil with long fluorinated alkyl chain is introduced into the polyurethane molecular chain to obtain fluorinated silicone oil-modified polyurethane, and perfluoroalkyl chain and linear polysiloxane endow polyurethane with excellent superhydrophobic properties, and organic combination of graphene and polyurethane improves the dispersion and compatibility of graphene and polyurethane, and improves the hydrophobicity, barrier performance and anti-corrosion performance of the polyurethane coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene-modified polyurethane superhydrophobic anticorrosive material, which involves: (A) adding 30-34 pts. wt. of 4,4'-diisocyanato-3,3'-dimethylbiphenyl and 3-7 pts. wt. of fluorinated hydroxyl terminated silicone oil to 40-58 pts. wt. of polyester polyol, heat to 85-100 degrees C in an oil bath, and reacting for 2-3 hours; (B) reducing the temperature to 65-75 degrees C, adding 3-5 pts. wt. of 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, reacting for 1-2 hours, then adding 3-6 pts. wt. of 1,4-butanediol and 2-4 pts. wt. of dilaurel dibutyl tin acid, and reacting for 1-2 hours; (C) reducing the temperature to 45-55 degrees C, adding acetone solvent for dilution, then add 1-4 pts. wt. of modified graphene oxide, and reacting for 3-6 hours; and (D) adding triethylamine to adjust the pH of the solution to neutral, and pouring the solution into a film forming mold and solidify into a film to prepare a graphene-modified polyurethane superhydrophobic anticorrosive material.
